Development Applications

All development in the Village of Frankfort begins with an application, signed by the property owner. Supplementing the application are several legal documents identifying the property and interests in it.

While several other documents are often required, at a minimum expect to provide the following information with an application:

Legal Description
Copy of the Recorded Deed
Copy of Title Insurance
Plat of Survey
